Zipper Pouches for Tea and Food Packaging, Custom Printed

These zipper pouches are positioned for export-ready food and household product packaging. The reclosable zipper runs across the top, combined with a tear notch and either a bottom gusset or flat-bottom construction. Bags are heat-sealed for clean, strong edges. Standard formats have no spout or valve; however, options such as a one-way degassing valve, hang hole or carry handle can be added for overseas brand owners. Suitable for shelf display and shipment of tea, coffee, nuts and pet food, they help importers reduce repacking and support retail-ready presentation in destination markets.

Material options include food-grade PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/AL/PE laminates, with an inner heat-seal layer selected for seal integrity. Matte, gloss or anti-fog finishes can be added. Printing is handled by 1-8 colour gravure, suitable for graphics, text, barcodes and variable data. Standard pouch sizes range from about 100×150mm to 300×450mm, and matching roll film is available for automatic packing lines. Artwork can be developed from samples or drawings, allowing importers to confirm colours, register and laminate structure before mass production. This keeps artwork approval and export packing aligned with destination-market requirements.
