This reusable zipper pouch is built around a press-to-close closure — either a standard interlocking track or a slider zipper — combined with three-side-seal, stand-up or flat-bottom constructions. Seals are clean and consistent, and the opening runs smoothly through repeated use. Optional hang holes, tear notches, degassing valves or clear windows can be added for retail display, making the format well suited to products that are opened and resealed many times while needing moisture and dust protection.
Pouches are typically laminated from food-grade PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PA/PE films, with mono-layer or three-layer structures selected to match the barrier needs of the filling. Surfaces take 1-8 colour gravure printing with stable colour reproduction, plus optional matte, gloss or spot varnish finishes. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L; bag dimensions, zipper position and artwork layout are adjusted to your drawing, and matching roll film can be supplied for automatic filling lines.
