This flat pouch is built with a three-side-seal format: the seals run down both side edges and across the top, leaving the front and back panels free of side gussets. That flat surface gives brand owners full-panel print space for storytelling, ingredient origin, and key selling points. A resealable zipper sits at the top, so shoppers can open and close the pack repeatedly; leftover walnuts, dried fruit, or other snacks can be sealed again with a simple press.
The composite film is selected for a practical balance of stiffness and barrier performance. It helps the pouch stand upright and stack during retail handling, while limiting moisture and oxygen transfer to slow oxidation, softening, and moisture uptake, so the snack texture is better preserved. Rotogravure printing reproduces photographic detail and crisp text, making it suitable for product shots and origin-scene artwork; samples can be produced against the customer's design for color matching.
Pouch volume and dimensions are set according to the retail pack size. Film structure and barrier grade can be adjusted to match the required shelf life, and the zipper is available in a standard press-to-close format or an added-rib option. We recommend approving a structure sample and a print sample first to check stiffness, color deviation, and opening feel before bulk production; MOQ and lead time are confirmed against the final specification.
