Because snack and nut products are often not finished in one sitting, how well a pack recloses has a direct effect on the consumer experience. This flat three-side-seal pouch adds a bone-track zipper at the opening; a finger press closes it, and it continues to seal after repeated opening and closing, helping to reduce moisture pickup and oxidation. The pouch body can use a standard PET+PE lamination to keep costs in check, or a PET+VMPET+PE metallized lamination for greater light and oxygen barrier performance, making it suitable for oil-rich nuts and roasted snack products. Surface printing supports up to 10 colors, with matte or gloss finishes available to balance shelf appeal and hand feel.
