Reusable Laminated Zipper Pouches for Dried Fruit, Snacks and Nuts

Designed for repeated access, this laminated zipper pouch comes mainly in three-side-seal and stand-up formats, with a resealable zipper at the top that can be reopened and closed again. Heat sealing forms the edges, keeping the side seals consistent, while the bottom may be flat or gusseted for stronger shelf presence. Optional features such as tear notches, hang holes, rounded corners and carry handles can be added for retail display and everyday storage.

Material combinations are matched to the contents, with options such as PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/AL/PE laminates that balance stiffness, barrier performance and tactile feel; typical thickness is around 60–180μm. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, with gloss, matte or spot varnish finishes for tight registration and faithful colour. Sizes can be developed from 50g single-portion packs up to 5kg bulk formats, with standard pouch widths of 80–400mm and adjustable length and bottom gusset. Matching roll film in the same material is also available for automatic packing machines.

Applications include roasted nuts and dried fruit, candy and snacks, pet food, tea and coffee beans, grains, hardware fittings and household products. The ordering path is simple: share a sample or artwork, lock in pouch style, size, material and number of print colours, then approve the proof before bulk output.
