The pouch format uses a widened bottom gusset for stable standing. Its body is sealed on three sides, and a reusable press-to-close zipper runs across the top. After opening and dispensing, simply press the seal shut again—no spout or valve is required. The clear film is sturdy enough for neat shelf display and efficient warehouse stacking, making it suitable for dry or liquid products that are opened and used in multiple rounds.

Materials are combined to match the contents. Common laminates include PET/PE, NY/PE, and PET/AL/PE, balancing clarity, barrier performance, and puncture resistance. The surface accepts 1-8 colour gravure printing for crisp artwork and consistent colour, with full-coverage backgrounds, clear windows, and matte finishes available. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L, while bag width, height, zipper position, and bottom gusset can be adjusted to your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for automatic packaging lines.

Typical uses include cookies, nuts, dried fruit, and candy, as well as liquid and water samples, personal care, and agrochemical sample packs.
