Designed for portion packing and retail display of dried fruit, nuts, red dates and walnuts, this resealable zipper pouch is most often produced as a three-side seal flat pouch or a stand-up pouch. A press-to-close zipper is fitted inside the top edge, letting shoppers open and reseal the pack repeatedly. Side seals are flat and secure, and a widened bottom gusset can be added when greater shelf stability is needed. Optional details such as tear notches, carry holes, rounded corners and degassing valves can be specified to improve handling while keeping the closure dependable.

Food-grade laminates are the standard choice, including PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and kraft-paper composites. The barrier structure and film thickness can be tailored to the product being packed, with inner layers chosen for consistent heat sealing. Graphics are applied by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which delivers crisp detail and controlled colour variation, with full-coverage backgrounds and matt or gloss finishes available. Typical fill weights range from 100g to 2kg; bag width, bag length, zipper placement and bottom gusset dimensions are all confirmed to your requirements.

These pouches are widely used for red dates, walnuts, pistachios, raisins and other dried fruit and nuts, and they also work well for tea, candy, pet treats and other food portion packs.
