Resealable Zipper Pouch for 60g Laundry Pods & Antibacterial Washing Products

This pouch format targets small-format retail packaging for washing products. Stand-up pouches and three-side-seal flat pouches are the primary styles, and a bottom gusset can be added when extra shelf stability is needed. The top can be fitted with a single- or double-track zipper, paired with a tear notch and hang hole for retail display and repeated consumer use. No spout or valve is included; the zipper is the main opening and reclosing feature, and a transparent window can be added on request.

Lamination options include PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/AL/PE, selected according to the filling to balance barrier protection, stiffness and puncture resistance. They suit 60g to 5kg of powders, granules and detergent pods. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, delivering fine pattern detail and consistent colour, with matt, gloss and spot tactile finishes available. Bag dimensions, zipper placement, tear notch and hang hole can be customized from a sample or artwork, and matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied.

Typical uses cover laundry detergent pods, anti-mite antibacterial washing powder, pet cleaning powder and daily chemical samples for portioning and retail. Custom orders generally move through requirement discussion, sample approval, plate making, printing, lamination, slitting, bag making, inspection and shipment.
