Built for nuts, dried fruit, lemon slices and similar foods, this matte stand-up zipper pouch uses a bottom gusset to stay upright on the shelf. The wide press-to-close zipper at the top can be reopened and sealed repeatedly, helping limit moisture uptake after each use. Composite film seals along the sides and bottom create a flat, reliable closure. When the contents are sauces or liquids, a stand-up pouch with a spout or valve can be used instead.

Food-grade laminated film is the standard body material, with common structures including PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and matte BOPP/PE. The matte look is produced by a matte outer film, giving a soft hand feel and a more premium shelf presence. Printing is done by 1-8 color gravure, suitable for gradients, spot colors and full-coverage backgrounds with stable registration. Fill weights run from 100g to 2kg, and bag width, height, bottom gusset and zipper placement are all adjustable. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.

Typical uses include roasted nuts, dried and candied fruit, tea and coffee, pet treats and small daily chemical items. For customization, the usual path is to confirm pouch style, dimensions and material from your sample or artwork, approve a proof, then move into gravure printing, lamination and bag making. The factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 clean workshop; printing, lamination and pouch converting are handled in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production and delivery arranged according to the order schedule.
