After filling, the inserted bottom gusset unfolds to create a flat base, so the pouch remains upright on shelf and resists slumping or tipping. A self-sealing zipper at the top opens and closes again and again; users press it shut after dispensing, which helps limit moisture uptake and clumping in detergent pods and other granular products taken in portions.
The pouch body is built from a laminated structure: a printed outer film, a barrier core and a heat-seal inner layer. This combination provides the load-bearing strength and moisture resistance. Front-panel graphics are applied by rotogravure, giving strong colour density and reliable fine detail; artwork can be developed as a full-panel design around the customer's brand identity, and a matt or soft-touch finish is available for a smoother, more refined surface feel.
Capacity, film construction and zipper format can all be adapted to the filling equipment and the intended retail size. Printing cylinders are produced after artwork approval. The usual path is to run a sample first for checking colour deviation and tactile finish, then proceed to bulk output; final MOQ and lead time are confirmed according to the selected structure and print colour count.
