Custom Printed Food-Grade Zipper Pouches for Cables, Socks and Accessories

This zipper pouch is built as a three-side-seal or stand-up format, with a PE press-to-close or slider zipper at the top, a tear notch and a hang hole for retail display and repeated opening and closing. The body can be produced flat-bottom, with a bottom gusset or side seal, and the heat-sealed edges stay flat and secure through multiple use cycles. Zipper position, opening width and gusset depth are all adjustable to suit your product shape, and the design remains compatible with both manual and automatic filling lines.

The pouch body is made from food-grade PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE laminates with a PE zipper strip, in thicknesses from 60 to 160μm depending on your barrier and stiffness requirements. The outer layer supports 1-8 colour gravure printing, with matt, gloss or spot-varnish finishes, clear windows and reserved barcode areas available. Standard finished sizes run from 60×90mm to 300×400mm; sizes and zipper widths are tooled from your drawings or physical samples, and custom shapes can be quoted separately.

Typical applications include cables, chargers, USB accessories, socks, jewellery, toys, small hardware items and food-contact small packs. Our OEM/ODM programme starts with confirming size and laminate structure, moves to a sample run from your physical sample or artwork file, and then to cylinder engraving and bulk production once the sample bag is approved. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and runs a 10,000-class cleanroom together with 1-8 colour gravure printing equipment.
