Created for on-the-go kids' drinks and fruit or vegetable puree, this irregular stand-up pouch uses a folded bottom gusset to keep the pack upright on the shelf. Its front silhouette can be shaped around a brand's cartoon character. At the top, a top-seal opening houses a double zipper for smooth, repeated opening and closing, while the mushroom-cap spout lets children sip directly. Heat sealing gives flat edge seals, and the spout is securely welded to the pouch body.

Food-grade laminated film forms the pouch body. Typical structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE and PET/PE, chosen to match the filling and barrier needs. Graphics are produced by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which supports full-surface backgrounds, gradients and cartoon artwork with stable registration. Volumes generally range from about 100ml to 1L. Pouch width, height, spout diameter and zipper specification can be adjusted to your drawing, and irregular outlines can be plated separately.

Common uses cover small-format packs for kids' fruit and vegetable puree, juice, yogurt, jelly drinks, dairy beverages and sauces, as well as pet nutritional paste in a similar shape. The custom route is simple: confirm pouch style and volume, provide a sample bag or design file, approve the proof, then proceed to mass production.
