Pure aluminium foil delivers the highest barrier level in flexible packaging when a product must be shielded from light, oxygen and moisture over a long shelf life. Its dense foil layer is fully opaque and keeps water vapor and oxygen transmission extremely low, making it suitable for coffee beans, premium ingredients, nutritional raw materials and certain industrial goods that are sensitive to aroma loss or oxidation. This self-seal zipper pouch is built with a pure-foil body and supplied unprinted in matt silver, giving a clean, uniform surface that can be used as-is or easily labelled and coded by the customer. The top zipper allows resealing after opening to help maintain a relatively stable microclimate inside. The pouch is firm and stands upright on a folded bottom gusset for tidy stacking.
