Designed for nuts, dried fruit, preserved fruit and similar dry foods that are opened repeatedly, this food-grade stand-up zipper pouch combines a top resealable closure with a self-supporting base. The full-width zipper lets users close the pack after each serving, helping limit moisture pickup and aroma loss while helping nuts stay crisp and dried fruit retain texture. The upright structure also keeps the printed front panel visible on supermarket shelves or e-commerce listings.
The laminate is built from PET, VMPET and PE: VMPET contributes oxygen and moisture barrier, PET supports stiffness and print quality, and PE serves as the inner heat-seal layer. Standard capacity ranges from 100g to 1kg. Printing can run in 1–8 colors. Zipper choices include a standard press-to-close type or a slider zipper, and the bottom can be flat-bottom stand-up or regular stand-up. Typical contents include almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins and dried mango, with common use in supermarkets and online retail. Optional features such as a clear window, hang hole or degassing valve for roasted products can also be discussed.
