Built primarily as a stand-up pouch, this format keeps a steady presence on shelves and stacks tidily in cartons. The body can be three-side sealed or gusseted, while the top carries a single- or double-track zipper for easy repeated access and resealing. A tear notch or easy-tear line can be added for the first open. Because the standard version has no spout or valve, it is best suited to dry contents; for sauces and liquids, our spouted pouch or bag-in-box options can be reviewed against your requirements.

Pouch webs are normally food-grade laminated films, with PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE among the common builds. The choice follows the filling and desired shelf life; the inner layer provides heat-seal performance and is selected for food-contact use. Printing is done by 1–8 colour gravure, allowing artwork, colours, clear zones and plate positions to be adapted from your sample or drawing, with 3D digital proofs available first. Fill sizes span approximately 100g to 5kg, and width, length, bottom gusset and zipper placement are open to discussion. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied.
