In terms of construction, these food-grade zipper pouches are offered mainly as three-side-seal flat bags and stand-up pouches. The top zipper allows repeated opening and closing, while a tear notch or easy-tear line makes access quick. Flat, secure seals help prevent leakage and damage; side and bottom seals can be widened when needed. For coffee beans and other products that release gas, an optional one-way degassing valve can be added to let carbon dioxide escape while restricting outside air.

Material choice depends on the contents. Common laminates include PET/PE and PET/AL/PE, which balance stiffness, barrier protection and heat-sealing performance. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied. Printing is 1–8 colour gravure, capable of reproducing artwork, colour codes, spot colours, and matt or gloss finishes. Capacity ranges from about 100g to 5kg, with bag width, bag length, zipper position, tear notch style and valve diameter all adjustable.
