Built on a three-side-seal zipper format, this colour-printed laminated pouch uses a bone strip or zipper at the opening. It is made for laundry pods and other household-chemical products, and it also suits candy and snack foods. The laminated print panel helps brand details stand out on the shelf.
PE laminated material forms the pouch body. The laminated layers contribute barrier and stiffness, while the heat-seal layer supports seam strength. The bone strip and zipper work together for convenient opening and closing, which helps reduce moisture pickup or spillage. Flat-bottom and stand-up designs are the main bag styles, so filled packs stack and box neatly.
Capacity covers 1-5KG. Printing is available in 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Bag dimensions, closure method and artwork can be customized to the product format. This item does not include a valve or spout.
Beyond laundry pods, the pouch fits candy food bags, snack packaging and portioned dry goods such as grains, flour and sugar. That makes it a general format that works across household chemicals and food. For a series with several products, only the main colour and graphics need to change to keep a unified look.
Kody Packaging produces these pouches in Dongguan, Guangdong. Printing, laminating and bag-making are completed in the same plant. A sample run can be arranged to review print quality and closure feel, while seal width and zipper fit are checked during bag-making.
