Eight weld lines shape the pouch into a squared, three-dimensional block that stands firmly on shelf instead of slumping. Its front panel reads much like a folding carton, yet the format keeps the lower weight and freight profile of flexible packaging. A flat bottom improves stacking stability, making it a strong fit for mid-to-premium lines that need a gift-box style.
The pouch closes with a re-sealable zipper, offered as either a standard press-to-close track or a slider option. The track is the more economical route and works well for household storage after a one-time purchase, while the slider gives a smoother hand feel for products opened frequently. Below the zipper, a tear notch or easy-peel film can be added to make the first opening clean and smooth; a hang hole or clear window is also possible for shelf hanging and product visibility.
Materials can be specified to match the contents: PET+AL+PE for high-barrier light and moisture protection, or a standard PET+PE construction. Surface options include matt, soft-touch and spot-UV finishes to build a more premium look.
