This eight-side-seal block bottom zipper pouch belongs to our self-seal zipper pouch range and is designed for coffee beans, tea and similar goods that need a neat, structured shelf presence. Sealing all eight edges creates flat side and back panels, so the bag keeps a squared, three-dimensional shape after filling; corners stay tidy, it stacks neatly, uses carton and shelf space efficiently, and the front panel offers generous room for branding and product information.

The laminate is built from PET, AL (or VMPET) and PE. The aluminium foil or metallized layer blocks light and oxygen, PET contributes stiffness and printability, and the PE layer acts as the heat-seal layer. This construction limits oxygen, moisture and light to help roasted coffee and tea stay fresh after packing. A one-way degassing valve can be added for coffee beans, allowing carbon dioxide to escape after roasting while keeping outside air from entering, and a top zipper lets buyers reseal the pouch between brews. Structure, thickness, valve position and zipper placement are matched to the fill weight and packing machine.

Printing can run 1–8 colours across the front and side panels, so origin, roast and brewing notes can be presented clearly. Common capacities range from 250g to 1kg, and the bottom can be made as an eight-side-seal block bottom or a flat-bottom stand-up style.
