Built for packaging that gets opened and closed again and again, this double-track zipper pouch works across food and daily-use products. Its stand-up shape relies on a gusseted bottom to keep the filled bag upright on a shelf. A double-track zipper at the top can be sealed with a simple press, while a tear notch helps with the first opening. This format uses a zipper opening, not a spout; for coffee beans, an optional one-way degassing valve can be added to let gas escape. Seals are flat and durable, and the zipper is heat-sealed into the pouch body to resist splitting during repeated use.

The pouch body is generally made from food-grade laminated film, with common structures including PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, and PET/PE. The structure can be selected around the contents and storage needs to balance barrier performance, light blocking, and stiffness. Surfaces accept 1–8 color gravure printing, reproducing fine detail, large solid areas, and small text with stable registration; matte and gloss finishes are both available. Standard capacities range from 100g to 5kg. Bag dimensions, zipper specifications, and film thickness are confirmed against artwork or a sample.

Applications span coffee beans, roasted nuts, tea, pet treats, cereals, candy, and powdered drink mixes — categories that benefit from repeated resealing — plus small household goods and electronic accessories. The custom process is simple: send a sample or artwork, confirm the material structure and print plan, then move to production after proof approval.
