Engineered for shelf display and repeated use, this pouch uses a three-side seal format with a folded bottom gusset, allowing the unfilled bag to stand upright for easy facing and handling. A press-to-close zipper across the top serves as the main closure and can be opened and resealed many times. The top seal area can also be finished with a tear notch, hang hole or other features to suit the pack. When the product is liquid or semi-liquid, spouted pouches or bag-in-box formats can be produced in the same graphic design to create a coordinated packaging family.

Material options include PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE laminates, with PA or RCPP layers added when a different balance of barrier, puncture resistance and pouch stiffness is required. Decoration is handled by 1-8 colour gravure printing, capable of full-coverage spot colours, gradients and matt or gloss finishes, with good artwork fidelity and controlled colour variation between runs. Standard fill volumes span 100ml to 5L; width, height and bottom gusset are made to order. Roll film in matching materials is also available for automatic packaging lines.

Common end uses include nuts and roasted snacks, pet treats, tea and coffee, confectionery and baked goods, personal care and home care products, and hardware or electronic components. The custom route is simple: send a sample or artwork, confirm material and dimensions, approve the proof or print plates, then proceed to bulk production and delivery. Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class clean workshop that meets the environmental requirements for food packaging. MOQ is 10,000 pieces, with scheduling based on the production plan and on-time shipment.
