This snack packaging pouch is built as a stand-up, self-sealing zipper bag. A bottom gusset lets the filled pack stand upright, the top zipper opens and closes repeatedly, and the side seals follow the three-side-seal format used for vacuum pouches. It is supplied mainly to snack manufacturers for shelf-display items such as potato chips, rice crackers, dried meat, and bean products.
The pouch body uses a PE composite material. Multi-layer lamination balances stiffness, barrier performance, and heat-seal strength. The gusseted stand-up base supports upright shelf presentation, while the resealable zipper helps slow moisture pickup and softening after opening. If vacuum or nitrogen flushing is required, the film layer combination can be adjusted according to process, and seal width is set together with fill weight.
Capacity is made to order. Bag width, bag height, and gusset depth are determined by fill weight and the display area required. Printing runs to 1-8 colours, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
Typical applications include food snacks, nuts and dried fruit, candy outer packaging, grains, and portioned flour or sugar. The pouch can be produced either as an upright display bag or as a flat three-side-seal flexible pack.
