Custom Stand-Up Three-Side-Seal Pouches for Nuts, Walnuts & Snacks | 1–1000 g, 1–8 Colours

This stand-up self-seal pouch is built for small-format, colour-printed food packs, covering a fill range of 1–1000 g. The top can be specified with a bone strip or zipper, and the three-side-seal format is intended for shelf display of nuts, walnuts and snacks.

The pouch body uses laminated material. Multiple layers deliver barrier performance and stiffness, while the inner heat-seal layer helps maintain secure seams. A stand-up base keeps a filled pouch upright; with a bone strip, it can be merchandised either hanging or standing flat. The compact size also makes boxing and carrying easier after filling.

For specifications, the fill range is 1–1000 g, printing can be produced in 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Bag dimensions, closure style and artwork can all be customised from your drawing. Smaller sizes are commonly chosen for individual packs or sample portions.

The main application is food packaging, especially nuts, dried fruit and walnut snacks. It also suits portioned candy, roasted seeds and preserved fruit. When flavours need to be distinguished, the same pouch format can be retained while only the main colour and graphics are changed.

Kody Packaging produces these pouches in Dongguan, Guangdong. Printing, laminating and bag-making are linked within the same plant. A pre-production sample allows you to check printed colour and closure strength, as well as confirm seal width and hanging-hole position on a small pouch.
