The pouch opens and closes through a reusable press-to-close or slider zipper, while the body is normally three-side sealed and given a folded base or bottom gusset for upright shelf presentation. A tear notch, hang hole or carry handle can be positioned along the top for opening, hanging or retail display. When contents are liquid or need gas release, a spout or one-way degassing valve may be fitted; the zipper format itself is intended mainly for repeated access to solid and semi-solid products.

Laminate options include PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/AL/PE, selected around the barrier, light-blocking and puncture-resistance demands of the fill, with a reinforced inner heat-seal layer for leakage control. Graphics are produced by 1-8 color gravure printing, capable of matching supplied artwork, solid color areas and gradients, and can be finished with matt, gloss or spot varnish. Dimensions are project-specific: fill capacity from 100g to 5kg, with length, width, bottom gusset, zipper placement and tear direction confirmed from artwork or a physical sample.

Common applications cover snack gift packs, nuts and roasted seeds, laundry capsules, pet treats, household goods and small hardware items. The custom route runs from sample/artwork quotation and material-structure/print proof approval to proofing, bulk output, inspection and dispatch; matching roll film in the same laminate can also be supplied for automatic packing equipment. Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10000 clean workshop with in-house 1-8 color gravure printing, a 10,000-piece MOQ and delivery according to the agreed schedule.
