These pouches are built for repeat use. A zipper set into the bag opening lets users open and close the pack again, which helps protect what remains from moisture. Common formats are three-side-seal and stand-up, and the heat-sealed edges are clean and strong. The zipper is bonded to the bag body in one forming step; a tear notch can be added for easier access. Depending on the contents - nuts, tea, snacks, clothing, electronics - you can also request a degassing valve, handle, or clear window.

Typical film constructions include PET/PE, PET/AL/PE, and PET/VMPET/PE. The structure can be matched to barrier, light-blocking, or low-temperature requirements. Printing is available in 1-8 colour gravure, producing fine detail and stable colour, with finishes such as matte, gloss, or spot varnish. Bag width and fill volume can be adjusted around your sample, while length, width, zipper position, and bottom design remain customizable. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for automatic packaging lines.
