Custom-Printed Stand-Up Spouted Zipper Pouches with Carry Handle for Liquid Foods & Beverages

At its core is a stand-up pouch format, fitted with a plastic spout at the top and an interlocking zipper underneath, while a handle hole punched through the body lets users carry it with one hand. The folded bottom allows a filled pouch to stay upright on shelves, and the four-side seals are flat and secure. The spout comes with a screw cap for repeated opening and closing, and the zipper is made for resealing again and again. Spout position, bore diameter, zipper width and cap style can be tailored, with optional leak-proof silicone valves or tamper-evident caps to suit different filling lines.

Food-grade laminate structures commonly used are PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE. The inner layer can be selected to match the contents and sterilisation method, balancing oxygen barrier, light protection and drop resistance. The outer layer accepts 1-8 colour gravure printing for full-bleed backgrounds, gradients and fine detail, and surface finishing can be matte, gloss or soft-touch. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L, while bag width, bottom gusset and spout bore can be adjusted to your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.

These pouches are suitable for milk tea, juice, jelly, sauces, detergent and other liquids or semi-liquids, and are often chosen for outdoor drinks, trade-show samples and retail single-serve packs.
