Designed for pet treats, freeze-dried snacks and other products taken from the pack a little at a time, this stand-up zipper pouch has a resealable top and an optional flat-bottom stand-up base. After each feeding, owners can close the zipper to reduce contact with air and moisture, while the upright shape keeps the pouch stable for retail shelf display.
The pouch uses a PET/VMPET/PE laminate: VMPET provides the barrier, PET adds stiffness and carries the printed artwork, and PE works as the inner heat-seal layer for clean seals along the edges. A clear window or unprinted area can be added to reveal the treat's shape and colour. Common fill weights run from 100 g to 1 kg; pouch size, zipper style, zipper position and film gauge are customized to your pack weight and how the pack is opened and closed.
Rotogravure printing supports 1–8 colours, with artwork space across the front panel. Typical applications include freeze-dried snacks, chicken strips, beef cubes and training treats, often sold through pet supply stores and e-commerce channels.
