Made from laminated PET/PE film, these mini self-seal zipper pouches are available in 5–20 cm widths with a reclosable top zipper and easy-tear opening. They are suited to individual packaging for shoelaces, jewellery, small hardware and similar items, with custom brand printing.

Built for single-item packaging, this pouch uses a three-side-seal flat bag format with a press-to-close zipper integrated at the top. The reclosable closure supports easy access and repeat storage while helping keep dust out. Seals are clean and durable, and finishing options include a tear notch, rounded corners or a hang hole for retail display and later reuse. This version carries no spout; for liquid or paste products, please see our separate spouted or valved liquid pouch options.
Film structures are usually selected from PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PE-only composite film, balancing rigidity, barrier protection and seal strength against the weight and sensitivity of the packed item. The surface can be gravure printed in 1–8 colours for vivid, well-defined logos, graphics and instructions, with matt, gloss or selective finishes available. Standard widths span 5–20 cm, lengths are adjusted proportionally, and thickness generally falls between 0.05 and 0.12 mm. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied.
Use cases include shoelaces, data cables, jewellery, small hardware, stationery and cosmetic samples, plus e-commerce giveaways and accessory sorting. The custom route is simple: share a sample or artwork, lock down material, size and print colour count, approve a proof, then proceed to mass production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean room and gravure printing lines. MOQ is 10,000 pcs; matching roll film is available, and production and delivery follow the confirmed schedule.
