This self-seal pouch is designed around nuts and dried fruit, pairing a resealable top zipper with a base that lets the pack stand on its own. After each serving the zipper is pressed shut again, which helps slow moisture pickup and aroma loss, while the upright body keeps the printed front panel facing the shelf or counter.
The structure is a food-grade PET + VMPET + PE laminate: VMPET carries the oxygen and water-vapour barrier, PET adds stiffness and a clean surface for printing, and PE serves as the inner heat-seal layer. Fills run from 100 g to 1 kg, artwork can be printed in 1 to 8 colours, the zipper is available as a press-to-close or slider type, and the bottom can be flat-bottom stand-up or a standard stand-up design.
Typical contents include almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins and dried mango, sold through supermarkets and online channels. The pouches are manufactured by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong.
