For dry granular foods that are opened and closed frequently, this large-capacity stand-up zipper pouch is a practical format. The bottom gusset keeps the bag upright for shelf display, while the press-to-close zipper supports repeated access. Reinforced side seals and a wider zipper sealing area help lower the risk of leakage or bag failure during transport. The upper section can include a hang hole, tear notch or handle for end use. With no spout or valve, the structure is well suited to filling and sealing pet food, fish feed and similar dry contents.

The pouch is normally made from food-grade aluminum foil laminate, with PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE as common structures. These layers provide light, oxygen and moisture barriers that help slow oil oxidation and aroma loss, and the inner layer thickness can be adjusted to suit the contents and target shelf life. Graphics are produced by 1–8 colour gravure printing for clear detail and stable colour; matt, gloss and local tactile finishes are available. Regular capacities run from 100g to 5kg, while bag width, bag height and zipper placement can all be customised.

Typical uses include pet food, fish feed, freeze-dried snacks, nuts and cereals, tea and coffee beans, plus small-format non-food packing such as chemical granules and cat litter.
