Engineered for powder and granule products that carry real weight, this eight-side-seal stand-up zipper pouch adds side gussets alongside its sealed edges. Once filled, it takes on a near-square, three-dimensional profile, with the top zipper providing the closure. Its core categories are flour and corn starch, where packaging has to bear load and still perform on the shelf.

The pouch body is built from a PE laminate. Laminated plies supply tensile strength and puncture resistance for load-bearing use, while the inner heat-seal layer keeps seams secure. Because of the eight-side structure, a full pouch sits much like a box, so stacking and palletising need less space. For heavier contents, base folds and seal width are designed together with the product’s bulk density.

This SKU offers a 3KG capacity. Printing can be run in 1-8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Bag dimensions, gusset width and zipper placement are adjustable to suit the contents, giving the finished pack a more cubic appearance and making carton or pallet packing easier.

Flour and corn starch are the primary uses. The same pouch is also chosen for composite snack packaging and for portioned grains or sugar, especially where upright shelf display is required.

Production is handled by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, with laminating through bag-making completed at the same factory. A sample can be made first so load-bearing performance and seam quality are verified before volume production.
