This self-seal stand-up zipper pouch stands upright thanks to a bottom gusset, with clean side seals and a top zipper that opens and closes repeatedly. It is built for dry, granular food and household products that need moisture and light protection. Depending on filling and storage needs, it can be supplied as a plain zipper stand-up bag without a spout or valve, or upgraded with a sealing label or tear notch outside the zipper for easier sealing and opening.
The laminate may be aluminized or aluminum foil, with common structures such as PET/VMPET/PE and PET/AL/PE chosen for light blocking, moisture resistance and bag stiffness. Size, zipper placement, bottom gusset and fill volume are all customizable by sample, covering roughly 100g–2kg of granules. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, with custom samples or artwork accepted; text, colour blocks and graphics can be designed around your brand, and matching roll film in the same material is available on request.
Typical applications include goji berries, coffee beans, nuts, grains, tea, pet snacks and household granules, serving both small brand trials and bulk factory purchasing. The usual custom process covers requirement discussion, sample or artwork confirmation, proofing, approval, bulk production and shipment.
