Clear Food-Grade Self-Seal Zipper Pouches | Custom 100ml–5L Liquid & Frozen Packaging

A reusable press-to-close zipper sits at the heart of this packaging format. After opening the flat, easy-tear top, users simply press the seal closed to help limit moisture pickup and oxidation. The pouch can be made as a flat three-side-seal bag or a stand-up version with a bottom gusset, with seal width and zipper placement tuned to the filling line and shelf presentation. Because the body is transparent, contents remain visible without opening. For liquid products, the same format can be fitted with a spout or valve for controlled pouring and partial dispensing.

The pouch body is laminated from food-grade films such as PE, PET and NY, with single-layer or two-layer structures selected according to the product being packed. The material remains flexible at low temperatures, making it suitable for frozen and chilled conditions. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, and customisation can be based on supplied samples or artwork; graphic layouts plus matte or glossy finishes are open for discussion. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L, while bag width, bag length and zipper specification can be adapted to your filling equipment and display needs. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied.

Common applications include liquid seasonings, purees, sauces, pet food, frozen fruit and vegetables, nuts and snacks; the pouches are also used for sample packing of cosmetics and household products. Custom orders generally move through three stages: requirement discussion, sample approval and bulk production, with mass output scheduled after the sample pouch is confirmed.
