Apple-Cap Self-Seal Spout Pouch for Kids' Puree & Juice — 100–500ml Custom

This pouch format is aimed at small-volume liquid foods such as children's puree and juice. The body is a stand-up three-side-seal bag with a bottom gusset, allowing filled packs to stand upright on shelf. A self-sealing zipper runs across the top for repeated closure after opening, helping limit air exposure. The apple-shaped spout cap supports easy recognition in the kids' drink aisle and, once tightened, is designed to reduce the chance of accidental swallowing; users can drink through the spout or squeeze the pouch to eat.

For materials, food-grade laminates such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or PET/VMPET/PE can be selected, with the barrier layer tuned to the contents for light blocking, puncture resistance and heat-seal strength. Standard capacities span 100ml to 500ml, while pouch dimensions, spout diameter and zipper placement remain adjustable. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure for consistent colour and clear detail, making it suitable for brand colours and children's illustrations. Matching roll film in the same structure is also available for inline filling.

Applications cover children's food, juice drinks, puree and baby food, dairy products and sauces, often sold through supermarket shelves, mother-and-baby channels and e-commerce multipacks. The custom route begins with pouch style and capacity discussion, then material structure and artwork confirmation, followed by sampling and mass production.
