800ml Hair Dye Refill Pouch with Spout - Aluminum Foil Self-Seal Zipper Bag

Built on a stand-up pouch format, the pack uses a bottom gusset to stay upright on shelf. A press-to-close zipper across the top allows repeated opening and closing, while a spout and tamper-evident cap can be positioned at the top or corner for filling and pouring. This layout reduces product-to-air contact and helps prevent backflow contamination. Sealing width can be adjusted to suit fill weight, and zipper and spout placement can be replicated from your existing sample, making the pouch suitable for refill products used multiple times.

Material selection follows the formula. Typical laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/NY/PE. The aluminum foil layer blocks light and adds barrier performance, while the inner heat-seal layer creates strong seals. Surface graphics are produced by 1-8 colour gravure printing, with fine detail, stable colour across runs, and options for matt, gloss or spot varnish. Standard capacities cover 100 ml to 5 L; pouch dimensions, zipper type and spout diameter are specified per project. Matching roll film in the same structure is also available for converters with their own pouch-making equipment.

These pouches are commonly used for hair dye, perm lotion, hair serum, laundry liquid, personal care refills and selected food sauces, particularly liquids that need light protection, oxidation resistance and repeated dispensing. The customization flow usually starts with sample or artwork review, followed by structure and material confirmation, proofing and mass production. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and includes a Class 10000 clean workshop. Lamination, printing and bag making are completed in house.
