3kg Rice & Grain Packaging: Laminated Three-Side Seal Zipper Pouch

Positioned for mid- to large-size flexible packaging of granular foods, this pouch is offered mainly as a three-side seal flat pouch or a stand-up pouch. The seal width can be tailored to the fill weight, while the top zipper opens and closes repeatedly for portioned use and resealing. The pouch body sits flat and rigid enough for stable stacking, and depending on the chosen format, a spout or one-way degassing valve can be added to support both shelf presence and everyday handling.

The pouch structure is laminated from PET, BOPP, AL, NY, PE and similar films, commonly in two- or three-layer builds. This lets us balance barrier, stiffness and heat-seal strength according to the contents. Printing is done by 1–8 colour gravure, with customisation from supplied samples or artwork, producing stable colour and precise registration. Standard capacities span 100 g to 5 kg. Bag width, length, zipper placement, seal style and film thickness are made to order, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.

Typical uses include rice, mixed grains, roasted nuts, snacks, pet food, tea and household granular products. The pouch fits both brand owners and factory sourcing programmes.
