Manufactured by Dongguan Kangdi Packaging, these 2kg nuts self-seal zipper pouches with tear notch are designed for 2kg nut packaging. The pouch combines a self-seal zipper and a tear notch, making it convenient to open and reseal for daily storage and portioned use of nuts.
Common multi-layer composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Thickness is 15–25丝 (multi-layer lamination), selectable according to nut packaging requirements. Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing, with customizable artwork/layout.
Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10000 cleanroom. The process route is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing; the self-seal zipper and tear notch are formed during bag making according to customization requirements.
MOQ is 10,000 pieces. The factory offers sample/drawing proofing and can customize sizes and artwork/layout according to customer requirements. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
