With a soft matte touch, this stand-up self-seal zipper pouch is available in PET/PE, foil-laminated and other material structures, covering 100g to 5kg capacities. Built with a gusseted base, this stand-up pouch can remain upright once filled, helping retail displays look neat and reducing the chance of tipping. The top-mounted zipper opens and closes smoothly, allowing repeated resealing after use so the contents stay drier. Heat-sealed side seams give a flat, secure edge, and optional features such as tear notches, hang holes or carry holes can be added. When liquid or paste filling is required, the format can be adapted to a spout or valve pouch.
The bag body can use multilayer laminates including PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/AL/PE, selected to match the product and shelf-life requirement. A treated outer film creates the matte surface, which feels soft and helps resist fingerprints. Graphics are produced with 1-8 colour gravure printing for fine detail and stable colour registration. Standard capacities run from 100g to 5kg, while pouch dimensions, zipper placement and tear notch can be adjusted to your artwork. Matching roll film in the same material is available for continuous automatic packing.
These self-seal zipper pouches serve many food and household product applications, including grains, tea, nuts, coffee beans, pet treats and laundry capsules, with a suitable specification for each. The custom process is simple: send a sample or artwork, we confirm the laminate structure and printing plan, and after proof approval we move into bulk production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop; film blowing, printing and bag making are completed in house. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and production and delivery follow the agreed schedule.
