Built around carry-along portioning and dependable closure, this three-side-seal food zipper pouch comes in a broad size range and can be configured with light-blocking and preservation-oriented material options based on the contents. It suits foods that are taken on the go or repacked into smaller portions, including nuts, dried meat, preserved fruit and instant drink powders.
The pouch body uses a PE laminated material. Its laminated layers provide light blocking and barrier performance, while the inner heat-seal layer creates a continuous seal edge; pressing the top zipper closed further strengthens the seal. The three-side-seal format is flat and lightweight, taking up little room once filled, which helps both carton packing and everyday carrying.
Fill capacity ranges from 1–5KG. Printing is available in 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Bag length and width, zipper placement, and whether light-blocking treatment is used can all be selected as needed. This item does not include valves, spouts or other add-on components.
Typical applications cover snacks, nuts and dried fruit, candy outer packaging and portioned grains, as well as flexible packaging needs that involve vacuum preservation. Details such as hanging holes, tear notches and rounded corners can be reviewed together with the artwork.
Kody Packaging produces the pouches in Dongguan, Guangdong, with bag-making and printing handled in the same facility. Samples can be made from your reference bag to check thickness, hand feel and sealing performance, while also confirming zipper closing force and seal width.
