These vacuum pouches are engineered for heavy-duty rice and grain packing by overseas importers and brand owners. The standard format is a three-side-seal or folded-edge centre-seal pouch with widened, embossed seal lines that resist bursting after vacuum extraction. A carry-handle punch can be added for retail display and consumer handling, and an optional one-way degassing valve helps release gas during compression and stacking in transit.
The laminate is a food-grade PET/PE or NY/PE structure, with paper- or film-based combinations available to suit filling weight, oxygen barrier and puncture resistance. Printing runs 1-8 colour gravure and covers full-coverage backgrounds, spot colours and selective matte finishes; artwork can be developed from your samples or drawings. Finished pouch widths typically run from about 120 mm to 400 mm for 1 kg to 5 kg fills, with matching roll film supplied on the same print cylinder.
Applications include rice, coarse grains, pulses, dry pet food and frozen foods for export programmes. The customisation process moves from requirement confirmation and artwork proofing to bulk production, all handled at our Dongguan plant, where a 10,000-class cleanroom and 1-8 colour gravure lines support OEM/ODM work. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, container-load shipments are arranged on request, and we prepare export documentation such as packing lists and invoices to match your customs requirements.
