What sets this vacuum pouch apart is the pairing of repeat-open convenience with machine-free air removal. One panel is embossed with a channel pattern while the other stays smooth, so air travels along the channels and out. A zipper (press-to-close) seal combined with an air valve lets users evacuate air by hand — no external vacuum sealer needed. Three-side or four-side seals sit flat and hold firm, and the zipper section is reinforced with a widened weld zone that resists tearing through repeated opening and closing. Household storage, e-commerce portioning and bulk industrial packing all fit this format.

The bag body is built on food-grade PE and can be laminated with PET, PA or aluminium foil according to the barrier job at hand, forming an oxygen-blocking, light-blocking, low-temperature resistant structure. Standard thickness runs around 60–180 microns, capacities from 100ml through 5L are all producible, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied alongside. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure for crisp image detail and consistent colour between batches. Customisation by physical sample or artwork file is supported, and bag shape, zipper placement, valve specification and opening style can each be tuned to your packing line.

On the application side, these pouches are commonly specified for fresh meat, seafood, nuts and dried goods, coffee beans, pet food and electronics — categories where moisture control, oxidation resistance and shelf life matter.
