For food packaging that calls for vacuum extraction, compression and repeated opening, these zipper pouches can be constructed as three-side-seal or four-side-seal bags. The seal lines are flat and consistent, giving reliable seal strength, while the vacuum-ready zipper across the top is compatible with external and chamber vacuum machines. After evacuation, pressing the zipper closed helps restrict air re-entry and leakage. The pouch face stays flat and upright for stacking, cartoning and retail shelf presentation, with optional valve or tear notch available.

The pouch body is typically laminated from food-grade PE, PET, PA and AL films. Barrier layers can be tailored to the product and target shelf life, balancing puncture resistance, low-temperature durability and protection against oxygen and moisture. Surfaces are suitable for 1-8 colour gravure printing, delivering clear image detail and controlled colour deviation, with matt, gloss and spot-effect options. Standard fill weights range from 100 g to 5 kg; dimensions, thickness, zipper placement and bag style can all follow your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material structure is also available.
