This pouch is a stand-up vacuum bag with a gusseted bottom that keeps it upright for shelf display. A built-in handle at the top helps users carry a full pack. On one side, a large-mouth spout is heat-sealed into the bag; it lets rice and grains pour out smoothly with less clogging. The screw cap can be opened and closed repeatedly, so the pack can be resealed after use to reduce moisture regain and insect exposure. Edge seals are made under controlled temperature and pressure, producing flat, strong seams that are less likely to wrinkle or split after vacuuming.

Typical bag structures use multi-layer laminates such as PET/AL/PA/PE. Film thickness is selected based on fill weight and vacuum strength to balance oxygen barrier, light blocking, and puncture resistance. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure, with clear detail and accurate registration; matt, gloss, and spot effects are available. The size range covers 500g to 10kg, and the spout diameter, bag width, bag length, and handle position can be adjusted to your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for automatic filling lines.

Applications include rice, mixed grains, beans, nuts, pet food, and other granular or powdered foods that need moisture and insect protection. The bags can also be used for measured packing of chemical granules and household products. Custom orders begin with a sample or artwork to confirm bag style and dimensions, followed by sampling, order confirmation, printing, and bag making. The factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop; printing and bag making are completed in-house.
