Moisture-Proof Stand-Up Zipper Vacuum Pouches — Custom Sealed Packaging for Rice, Grains & Cereals

Standard format is a stand-up zipper pouch with a widened bottom gusset, keeping the bag upright for filling and shelf display. The zipper top and heat-sealed edges pull tight after vacuuming, helping reduce residual air inside. If a standing shape is not required, three-side-seal and four-side-seal flat pouches can be made instead. For liquids or semi-liquids, spout and valve bag options are available separately, and the final structure is confirmed from your sample before plate making.

PA/PE laminated film is the usual choice, while PET/PA/PE or PET/AL/PA/PE structures can be selected based on the contents to balance barrier performance, stiffness and puncture resistance. Printing uses 1–8 color gravure, with full-surface background, matte or gloss finishes; artwork is confirmed from customer-supplied files. Bag width, height, zipper position and capacity are adjustable, commonly covering 100g to 5kg packs. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied together.

These pouches are widely used for portioned vacuum and moisture-proof storage of rice, mixed grains, beans, nuts and dried fruit, and also suit pet food and dried goods.
