This food vacuum pouch merges a bone strip and a zipper into one bag top, so it supports both repeated opening and vacuum sealing. Made in a three-side-seal format with a transparent laminated body that can carry colour printing, it handles fill weights from 1 g to 1000 g for vacuum preservation and everyday portioning.
The pouch body is built from laminated material. The laminated layers contribute barrier performance and stiffness, while the clear film allows the contents to be inspected and the printed zones communicate brand details. Because the bone strip and zipper work together as a dual closure, the top continues to seat well after repeated use and, with vacuum processing, helps extend shelf life. Base and top seal widths can be tailored to the fill quantity.
Available fill range: 1–1000 g. Printing can run in 1–8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Bag dimensions, closure style and clear-area size are all adjustable; the transparent section may be a narrow strip or a large window, decided by the product and artwork layout.
Primary use is vacuum preservation of food. The same pouch also fits portioned nuts, dried fruit, candy, grains, flour and sugar. It works for retail display as well as home portioning.
