This heavy-duty vacuum rice pouch addresses both with a thickened laminated structure and a hand-carry cut-out sized to the fill weight. The stiffer multi-layer film improves puncture resistance, helping filled bags hold up against sharp corners during stacking and transport. Vacuuming pulls the pouch tight against the rice brick, which can help limit moisture and insect exposure. The handle opening is adjusted for 2.5kg, 5kg and 10kg (5 jin, 10 jin and 20 jin) rice fills so the load sits more evenly in the hand. The same format also works for grains, flour and other dry staples, and it can be customised with 1-8 colour gravure printing and a brand logo.
