Embossed vacuum pouches belong to the vacuum pouch range. A textured channel runs across the bag face, giving air a path out when the pouch is used with a vacuum machine, so fresh, frozen and cooked foods can be packed under vacuum. After evacuation, the film sits close to the contents, reducing contact with air and making the pack suitable for chilled and frozen storage.
The bag is built from a PA + PE laminate. The PA layer adds toughness and puncture resistance for products with bones or shells, while the PE layer acts as the heat-seal layer. The embossed surface supports air evacuation; gauge can be selected to match the contents and vacuum requirements. Dimensions are made to your product, printing is available in 1–8 colours, and a glossy transparent version is also possible.
Typical uses include steak, fish, shrimp, poultry, cooked foods and vegetables, often in fresh-food processing and central kitchens. Manufactured by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong.
