Custom Shaped Stand-Up Aluminum Foil Vacuum Pouches with Food-Grade Inner Layer for Water-Based Mortar

Engineered for water-based polyurethane mortar and other fillings that cannot tolerate seal failure, this shaped stand-up vacuum pouch combines a four-side seal with a three-dimensional bottom. The outer profile can be die-cut into curved, angled or other non-standard shapes based on filling and shelf presentation. Once vacuumed, the pouch collapses tightly around the contents instead of sagging. Closure options include flat top, zipper, press-to-close strip, spout or one-way degassing valve; tear notches or hanging holes can be added for filling lines, transport stability and end-user access.

The construction uses aluminum foil laminated with food-grade films, most commonly PET/AL/PE, with an optional nylon layer when greater toughness is needed. The aluminum foil core provides moisture and oxygen barrier and helps block light, while the inner heat-seal layer is the contact layer. Thickness and layer ratio are adjusted to suit powders, pastes or liquids. Graphics are applied by 1-8 color gravure printing, capable of solid backgrounds, gradients and fine text. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L; bag width, height and bottom gusset are customizable from a sample or drawing, and matching laminated roll film can be supplied in the same structure.

Typical applications include water-based polyurethane mortar, waterproof coatings, putty powder and adhesives in the construction and chemical sectors, plus sauces and pet wet food that require protection from light and moisture. The customization process begins with a brief, then bag style and dimensions are confirmed, followed by a sample based on your artwork or reference bag; bulk production starts after sample approval.
