Custom-Printed 5 kg Rice Vacuum Pouch with Handle — Food-Grade, Three-Side Seal, Moisture-Resistant and Puncture-Resistant

This vacuum pouch uses a three-side-seal construction with a flat, rigid body and a weight-bearing handle opening or handle attachment at the top. Even when filled with 5 kg of rice, it remains easy to carry and suitable for shelf display. Seal width can be adjusted according to the fill weight, and vacuum evacuation pulls the laminate tight around the grains to help limit moisture ingress and oxidation. Where gas release is required, a one-way degassing valve can be added to suit grains, powders and other fill materials.

Food-grade PET, NY and PE films form the main laminate, available in two- or three-layer structures to meet different barrier requirements while maintaining puncture resistance and seal reliability. Printing is done by 1–8 colour gravure, and custom work is accepted from samples or supplied artwork, allowing full-panel brand graphics. Standard options span 1 kg to 10 kg, with bag width, length and seal style adjustable to filling equipment and cartoning methods. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for continuous automatic packaging.

Common applications include vacuum or semi-vacuum packaging for rice, cereals, mixed grains, beans, dry pet food and similar foods, serving supermarket retail, grain and oil wholesale, and export sales. The customization process generally follows requirement discussion, sample or artwork proofing, artwork and material confirmation, bulk production, and shipment.
