Custom Laminated Vacuum Rice Pouch with Handle | 1–10 kg, 5/10/20 Jin, Thickened

This custom rice pouch is built around a vacuum format with a carry handle. The body is thickened, and the typical household fill sizes are 5 jin, 10 jin and 20 jin. Across the line, the usable fill range is 1–10 kg, so the same pouch family suits rice, coarse grains and beans.

Because the pouch uses a laminated structure and a thicker film build, it gains more tensile and puncture resistance for handling. The handle allows the filled pack to be picked up directly. After vacuuming, the bag pulls tight around the product, helping reduce stacking space. Bottom folds and seal width are set according to fill weight, so heavy packs are less likely to split at the side seals.

Fill options sit within 1–10 kg, and printing can be produced in 1–8 colours. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Thickness, handle type and artwork are all open to customization, and several fill weights can share one artwork style to keep the range visually consistent on shelf.

Typical uses include food products, grains, wheat flour, rice and beans, as well as family-size and bulk portion packing. Long-grain rice, fragrant rice and mixed grain blends can run in the same pouch format.

Kody Packaging manufactures the pouch in Dongguan, Guangdong. Lamination, printing and bag-making are handled at the same factory. A sample can be made first so you can check the feel and load-bearing performance of the thickened film, the stress points at the handle, and the final shape after vacuuming.
